BEET-IT‼️ [Part Two]





To "BEET-IT", yes, diabetes, each individuals best way is to marry a life style that will nourish their physical self forever. In my research I meet Dr. Sebi. He is a biochemist like my mentor Dr. Wallach. They along with other doctors are pursuing the road to keep us on a healthy route. Dr. Sabi has been curing the most deadly diseases on the planet for thirty years. Yes, diabetes is one of the ailment he completely reversed. The commitment of his work was demonstrated when he took on the Attorney General of New York in a Supreme Court trial, to prove that he indeed reversed those "dis-ease". He wow me!




WHY WE NEED TO EAT ELECTRIC FOOD Dr Sabi states that "electric food are alkaline foods which helps the body to heal and nourish itself. Alkaline foods have a pH of 7.0 & above. Electric foods are found in nature. They are not hybrid, genetically modified, and they are non-irradiated. He goes on to say electric food helps to increase the copper within the nervous system thus a greater use of one's' brain and senses.  He continues with the reason human body can move around, crawl, walk, run, climb, lift, etc. is due to electricity that enable our body movement.


Dr. Sebi stated, "no canned or seedless fruits".  The Alkaline fruits with a pH of 7.0 & above some of these are apples... The "burro/mid-size smallest banana (original banana). All varieties of berries, elderberries in any form, help memory improvement as well as decreasing the delay in cognitive ability related to aging. No ❌ cranberries!


The health benefit of dandelions are that they are anti-microbial-fungal-oxidant; germicidal, detoxifier, wart removal, diuretic, parasite cleanser, improves digestion, clears acne. Also a Super-Food!


The health benefit of quinoa: It has antiseptic properties, anti-inflammatory properties,  helps lower blood pressure, helps balance blood sugar levels, supports weight loss efforts, rich in manganese, high in iron, magnesium, fiber. 


What I have learn from the research of our biochemist about oil is that we are not to heat and digest, because it will erode in our gut producing mucus that assist with the clogging of arteries in our organs; where dis-ease form due to the lack of oxygen.  


In the digestive system the Brazil nuts help to stimulate efficient nutrient which means that we get as many benefit as possible from the mineral. The high levels in the Brazil nuts is Zinc which helps to balance common deficiency. 


The health benefit of spelt is that it facilitates healthy digestion. It improves bone health and prevents osteoporosis. It helps to manage diabetes. Stimulates and boosts immune system. Also boots blood circulation and energy levels in the body. Spelt also reduces constipation, bloating, cramping, excess gas and diarrhea ...Spelt flour help you prepare pancake, delicious & healthy. 


We have a doctor in Chinese Medicine, Dr. Feifei Liu, A.P., with life style eating guidelines for diabetics: Avoid flour products  (such as, bread, pasta, & tortilla), white potatoes, star-fruit, and raw meats. Recommended are organic gluten-free rice, pasta, yellow sweet potatoes and cooked meats. Doctor Wallach recommend rare cook meat. Well done or burn is not good for your digestive system per his guidelines taken from the nutritious  goals necessary.

"Beet-It" is a Life style together we can all beat to the ground. Leaving it unable to stand up again. Now our medical definition "diabetes" is a group of physical disorders that results in too much sugar in the blood, or high blood glucose within. The ones we are familiar with are:
* Type two diabetes
* Gestation diabetes
* Pre-diabetes
* Type One diabetes



* Type two diabetic

CONFIDENT LADY!


CONFIDENT LADY!
The gift I receive from a Lady I call “Mommy”. This Lady was given the GIFT to raise three children, what others may consider, alone. That is only due to the GIFT we received from our Dad, who became an ANGEL in his mid30’s to never Abandon his family again.
See, what I now see, the GIFT we are enveloped in; Is actually what we learn through his physical departure. My grandmothers LOVE assisted my mother at the beginning.  That wisdom helped her to see who relives in her. There is a Divine Source! That small voice we hear when desired. That Inner SELF that gives ideas building her CONFIDENCE. Allowing her to build ours. My Mom came to the USA staying “open to receive”. That open GIFT allowed her the job that gave her tools necessary to help us along. Yet also realizing that Inner RELATION with SELF gives much more in all areas of life.

Things are ALWAYs Working~Out!
Everything works out for G👀D when LIGHTs are turned on consciously! The reason they work out for G👀D is due to life’s experiences.
Unconsciously humans choose to focus on the path of least resistance.  Consciously being in the G👀D, leads to the right place at the right time. Opening that place within of KNOWING. Take a new Mom, who is not use to being at home. Realizes what she is about to build is base on her learning from Dad as a little girl. Now, let’s look at a new Dad, who believes he KNOWs nothing about trees or even flowers. Yet as a little “fellow” he help Mom in her yard.  That conscious thought awoke G👀D memories that he now chooses to build on.

In my case study I found a Mom who has blueprints of what she builds. This Mom learned to use her “Little Helper” tools. 
As I stated, this Mom learn from prior experience that now allots her the conscious thoughts, privilege, honor to actually use: Hammer! Nails! Saw! Drills! Wrenches! Ratchets! Stress! Utilizing these tools to build what I have permission to share with you all:

My next case study is on a Mom who designs her own unique style for "Lady's" to model as they take every step through their day. Again the history from this Mom was brought through the wave lent of the great-grandma who was a seamstress. Then the needle and tread was past to grandma who purchase a sewing machine. That tool gave the right tone to the daughter's who began her business in High School making funds for her bank account. Now passing that "Momentum" to the "DESIGNER". The elegance MOVEs on!


My case study also on our “Fella” shows him working the soil where he grows herbs, vegetables, fruits. His GIFT from Mom brings him ideas to share with the world. I was invited by him where I used his “Garden”  to entertain my “Break~Spot”. My next Blog will show you more of his "GROUND RELAXING" MOVEs along with my "MOVEs." Wow!

👀Blinking Rapidly!
My Case Studies shows:
Blinking helps “NOURISH EYEs” while relaxing the muscles and preventing dryness. Ideally, we would all blink 25 times per minute. However, when we’re intensely focused on something — like a detailed Excel spreadsheet or a shocking YouTube video, we may blink less. 
Example:
Exercise above to help balance out intense staring sessions.

👀Gaze Left to Right or Up and Down!
To begin check in with BREATH:
• Four breath in CHEST!
• Hold for seven!
• Release breath for eight [while holding in tummy]
Next! Imagine a clock in front. Shift GAZE~UP towards 12:00 then DOWN towards 6:00. [Be careful not to move neck] This GAZING is for EYES only! Do the GAZE UP-and DOWN EYE STRETCH 7 to 10 times, slowly back and forth; while also GAZING  EYEs from 3:00 to 9:00 GAZING left to right.

👀EYE CIRCLEs in both Direction!
[Flexibility training for BEAUTIFUL EYEs]
To begin check in with BREATH:
• Four breath in CHEST!
• Hold for seven!
• Release breath for eight [while holding in tummy toward back]
Send EYEs gazing  up towards ceiling, and slowly work way around in a clockwise circle. [Squeeze in at least three deep breaths per circle]. When reached AIM [top of ceiling] rest EYEs with the “palming” method. Same sequence again, moving counterclockwise this time.

👀Shift Focus!
KNOW!
We’re not meant to look at up-close materials all the time, and yet we do! This simple exercise of shifting FOCUS help retrain EYEs to see detail at different perspectives.
Instructions:
First, hold right arm out one full length in front. Stick thumb straight up. Focus EYEs! Gaze on thumb! Slowly move thumb towards FACE until it appears blurry. Pause, slowly move thumb away back to the starting position. Repeat this a few more times.
Being mindful of PACE and BREATHING!
• Four breath in CHEST, view THUMB!
• Hold breath while THUMB travel toward EYEs
• Release breath for eight, while holding in tummy, repeat!
