ENERGIZED-Body




How to attain the "ENERGIZED-Body" You do have. Moving is something I have done from a young age. The more I "MOVE" the more "ENERGIZED" I felt. Moving jump stars the body, "ENERGIZED" to do more. However, I found once I sat down too long I got tired. I had to teach myself to sit and be in an enthusiastic "matter-a -fact" "MOVE" for my day. What that means is you start your day with the medium or what I now call meditation that gives a plan for my total day. That meditation mode is to be explored individually because we are all uniquely created. My meditation began with prayer/repetition where I could hear my words fed to my spirit, that inner me. Then I began to feed my thoughts, my inner thinking with virtualization that inherited my total being. What I receive was the gift that is already within to share with others as I journey this life here on earth.




The goal of the "ENERGIZED-Body" or "MOVE" is not the foot stand or the flexibility of standing on one foot. The goal is to allow the body to be "ENERGIZED" where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of what we thought to be protection build around our organs. To allow the "Gift-Wrapping" of Compassion to accelerate in your thought mind and the other created sounds. That is where another "GIFT-WRAPPING" is unfolded, "PEACE". That is where you make yourself be "LOVED" and share that 'ENERGIZED" self with others that crosses your path regardless.


In unveiling our uplifting thoughts we allow our "ENERGIZED-Body" to feel and accomplish "MOVE's" we did not believe where possible for us. Like Coach Cass states "...you may not always love working out or pushing yourself past your comfort zone but you'll love the results". Having that thought in mind we are going to utilize five poses to assist in the "ENERGIZED-Body" "MOVE" taking "self" out of your comfort zone to improve your HEALTH.



In this pose you allow your body to fall forward against gravity's pull. That will encourage blood fluid to the lymph gland and better blood circulation. Take note that the pose also improves digestion.




This twist inversion floods blood flow into your head and then back into your abdominal organs when you stand.



The shoulder stand can be attempted only if you are comfortable with the pose. That pose helps stimulate the thyroid gland as it places pressure on the throat. This pose also aids clearing the tunnels, arteries, cells to your organs. What society calls detoxification.



This pose places pressure on the abdomen, thereby improving digestion. The locust pose also strengthens the back.



This pose strengthening the thighs and hips will help with balance. It also tones the internal digestive organs and kidneys, helping with clearing the tunnels, arteries, cells to your organs. What society calls detoxification.   "StyleCraze.com helped us with these poses.

ENTERTAINING-LIFE-MOMENTS...


"ENTERTAINING LIFE's MOMENTS" through your own movements. My "ENTERTAINING" has and is music, sounds, and body movements. I have been partnered with "My-Gentleman" who is "ENTERTAINED" with the same "GIFT-WRAPPING" for LIFE". We have been "empowered" further with three children, who "CONTINOUSLY"  "empowers" us with "ENTERTAINING" moves. First our daughter, who through the movement of "STROKES" in the water, "ENTERTAINED" us. When she started learning how to "STROKE",  her first race, it was soon after, because she began the classes late. She won for us because she did not give up. She when from start to finish. Next, our older son, his "ENTERTAINING", "Movements", "pedaling". Even though his range was to stay close to home, he was caught out of the radius assigned. Daddy on his way from work will see him out of radius, yet his quick pedaling got him home first. Our younger son, his "ENTERTAINING" "Movements" are from one end of the field to the other with quick maneuvers, and  resourceful, "Moves". Yet he also composes sound for "ENTERTAINMENT" "GIFTING" us with the "ENTERTAINING" sounds of music. Our "Gift-Wrapping" of "LIFE-ENTERTAINING-MOMENTS", continues with family extensions and their unique "MOVE". Seek and we are sure you will find and see your own "ENTERTAINING-LIFE's-MOMENTS".


"ENTERTAINING LIFE's MOMENTS" continues with "MOVEMENTS" that empowers the physical body. Those "MOVEMENTS" are composed for You. Allowing You to strengthen the physical fat "You" see that turns to muscles necessary  for "LIFE". Those "MOVEMENTS" needs to be oiled. The oil used for "Your" "MOVEMENTS" are hydration done with water. The water that "Energizes" the physical body with electrolytes is water with the Ph. balance of seven and up. Many of us prefer water with a flavor. Our advise is to use spring water flavored with deep rooted fruits with mineral nutrient made by the Creator cultivated deep in the ground.

CELEBRATE THE MOVE‼️







CELEBRATE the MOVE we make daily. The CELEBRATION is to CONSCIOUSLY make each one. I remind myself  to begin my day daily by not rising immediately after I open my eyes, my first move, I thought. I found that I have to allow my every joint to make the connection first. When I don't, my head is spinning, I'm off balance. You have to make the connection that you are responsible for every move. Therefore, take that responsibility to move each body part on your own will. You are in control. Remember I said my first move is my eyes opening, not so. When I took the responsibility to be aware, I notice my first move is within. My thoughts, is my first move within. I am in control if I desire my thoughts to be good or not so good. I Am the Artist who CREATE my movements allowing HEALTH through my day. Your day is design the same. You are the Artist, Creator, make Your wishes be what you like. You were empowered by the CREATOR to create yourself. So lets CELEBRATE THE MOVEs "WE" choose.



CELEBRATE the next MOVE in your BRAIN. Every MOVE produces BRAIN wave that goes through our body. We as "human-being" are so use to seeing physical movement virtually that the electrolytes within is forgotten. We are ELECTRICAL-BEINGs! How do we entertain that ART? When we move our fingers and toes, the mystical sense received from BRAIN to those cells to "tone and tighten", legs, abdominal floor, arms, back, behind, will be further explain by two WONDER-FULL ladies. The interviewer, Marna Thall featuring the "Brain" with wisdom and knowledge to be utilize by you and me. CELEBRATE the next MOVE, oh yes your "HIT-FLEXORS". I was not aware that mine affected me until? Yes, I will get out of my transportation early and walk the rest of they way home. The first time my leg got what I taught was a cramp. I could not take another step. I stepped out of my shoe on to the cold floor. Well that MOVE use to work when I was a child. This time I had to wait until the stillness pass then I continued my walk. The second time it happened I did my research. Found out I was doing my MOVE but the wrong one. See, the HIP-FLEXORS are the engine through which your body MOVES. see, they control your BALANCE, your ability to SIT, STAND, TWIST, REACH, BEND, WALK and STEP. Every MOVE goes THROUGH that JOINT. Your HIPS is the BRIDGE between the upper body and lower body. Therefore, that MOVE called the "HIP-THRUSTERS" I most say, it's WONDER-FULL.




CELEBRATE the MOVE that you will not image assist the strength of your NERVES in the brain. Lately we have been getting what is entitled "brain-fog". Apparently, due to our lack of movement the brain waves are not connecting. In my studies I am finding that our body requires MOVE throughout, from brain to toe, through your day. We are not allowed to break connection. Allow the waves to relax, it will not connect when needed. Imagine a vehicle on the street for two cold nights. Getting it started, may take more that one try. This is your ELECTRICAL-BODY we need those wave connection daily for the apparatus, YOUR-BODY to function dynamically. I have experience that fog. There are others who entitled the same experience as old age and its actually the beginning of dementia the crossroads to Alzheimer's. The MOVE to accommodate or not to get to that discomfort is a PARNERSHIP///DUO///SIZE-IT!
