ENERGETIC MEAL...



WHAT IS YOUR BODY IN NEED OF, FOOD???

My "MASTERPIECE" of a body which I continue to nourish I have found that I could do so in so many ways. The main one every human body is aware of is eating a meal. History continues to teach us that we need to stick to nourishing elements. Yet our government because our community has grown and continues to, they have chosen to use what we refer to as refine food such as white flour, to make bread, or cup cakes, white sugar, can goods, our children cereals. Through much research we are finding that man made food, for us to savor the flavor, has more sugar that necessary. The sugar in our food that has many names that we may not be familiar with is not at all healthy neither for a human or a pet.  The sugar is hiding in your food when swallowed. The sugar is now in your body's organ causing an addiction, may I help? Below I will elaborate on how.
Example of names of sugar we may have heard or better yet lets go down the alphabet up until the letter “L":
*Agave Nectar
* Brown sugar
* Corn Syrup
* Date sugar
* Evaporated sugar cane
* Fructose
* Glucose
* High Fructose corn syrup
* Invert sugar
* Kings Syrup
* Lactose
I could go further, how about one more letter:
* Malt Sugar
We got the taste buds for sugar from the original nutrients for the human body, "FRUITS". However the "FRUITS" are to be eating for organ nourishment not to clog any arteries which later may cause pain, upset tummy and more. We all have unique body type which through research, my own case-study, I found that I cannot eat all "Fruits", My "MASTERPIECE" of a body tells me at times through my skin, other times, through the pain in my tummy, yet other times just lightheaded, that I need a change. My research found that by taking "Natures Prescription for Optimal HEALTH" which is VEGETABLES and FRUITS coming from "Nutra-Bullet's recipes helps me with all color food. "Nutra-Bullet" also recommends a quiz that let me know which colors my  body prefers. I found the "FRUITS" to be berries, and the "VEGETABLES TO be kale... The different colors is how nature continues to give, to optimize our PHYSIQUE with HEALTH.  Guest what, the colors my body prefers for optimal nourishment they have lots of the mineral "Magnesium". DANCE/MOVEMENTs
Another way to nourish my "MASTERPIECE" is with DANCE movements. What I redefine as lubricating the joints.  I do it with dance moves from different countries. MEDITATION
Yet another way to nourish my "MASTERPIECE" is through "MEDITATION". The practice of "MEDIATION" is done through inviting minerals in from the feet up to the crown of my head. Is done bear feet grounding where some of our MINERALS/ENERGY derive from.  The mineral I have work with is "Magnesium" because is a mineral I know my body always needs because one way I let it out daily is through perspiration. Also through research I found that "Magnesium" is critical to over 300 metabolic process of the body. Here are a few:
* Magnesium helps with breathing
* Magnesium reduces painful leg cramps
* Magnesium helps you sleep
The FDA guidelines states that the daily recommended amount for better human health is 420 milligrams [mg] of "Magnesium". You may need the assistance of a pharmacist or your doctor for the proper one, For there are about 5 are more "Magnesium":
* Magnesium Lysinate
* Magnesium Citrate
* Magnesium Glycinate
* Magnesium Chloride Flakes

MEDITATION with ESSENTIAL OIL USE
We find that oil soothes the body which tell me that is yet another natural nourishment for energy for us all.  Growing up the oil that was mostly used in my home was the "EUCALYPTUS" oil for when we had cramps from the newborn to the adult. Now as an adult what that tells me is that oil is a form of natural medicine. I have heard the saying they may have "mood-altering benefits". I do agree because my spouse recently in an accident to relax we have used few droops of "LAVENDER" oil to his mineral MAGNESIUM bath. In further learning about oil they can affect your hormones, glands, limbic system in a good way yet too much of something is never good. Every oil use must be done in a balance way and as instructed. Oil are use through drops, excellent results can be achieved when mixed.  My Pharmacist always reminds me to follow these directions. If 30 drops is needed total you may add different "OILS" until that total is met. I am always reminded that is not 30 of the same oil drops. You don't desire the oil to be too strong for the MASTERPIECE of a body you are nourishing. There are other oils brought to my attention specifically due to its grounding properties, "CEDARWOOD" because when doing our exercise movements they are all done bare feet. It´s "ESSENTIAL" for those of us who are not use to allowing our feet to touch the ground for longer that 20 minutes. Now "CEDARWOOD" Essential Oil uses also includes, ADHD, Acne, Eczema, Hair Growth plus more. Possible substitutes oils with  similar properties are
* "FRANKINCENSE" Oil
* "SANDALWOOD" Oil
* "CYPRESS" Oil




YOGA POSEs
I found Yoga Poses to  "Enhance" my body. Earlier in my life my uncle was always working out doing  karate moves. To me those moves are very similar to Yoga Poses. You gain body strength with them. You are inviting to do some Yoga Poses with me. There are many Poses in YouTube. Here are a few;

Uniting-Culture! Uniendo Cultura!



CELEBRATING MOVES brings STRENGTH 
I have decided to use the month of OCTOBER for positive by CHALLENGING YOU to CELEBRATE Your Bodies MOVEMENT. We will be using the collage of colors to enunciate the CELEBRATION. The way I would like to carry that through is with my culture. In my country Panama, Central America, the body movement consist of the "Folkloric" ballet utilizing the "CONGO plus other "Folkoric-Dance". The "CONGO" is a dance originated from Africa where we see our culture unite through "MOVEMENTS". The "MOVEMENT" is actually done by a "Lady" and a "Gentlemen" teasing each other, giving each other the energy of STRENGHT and other dance art with the same goal. Another cultural art  is the "Mola" which is a colorful thread woven together by hand; done by our "Native Tribes".

TRAVELING AFRICA WITHOUT YOUR PASSPORT
 I began with the CHALLENGE for September which was traveling Africa without your passport through music and dance choreographed by my mentor and instructor Kukuwa Nuamah.  I am continuing that journey by "Uniting our Culture. PICKING UP THE POSITIVE ENERGY
"UNIENDO-CULTURA" is the motto of an athletic wear designed by Guillermo Henry where he magnifies our country's Art "Mola" from Panama, Central America to be notice by the world. Again athletic wear was chosen by Mr. Henry because sport is done by the entire world and enjoyed with a comradery that he has noticed and enjoyed. Is were we become united to drop the negative and pick up the positive ENERGY and  just have fun. We have seen that awesome behavior while watching any sport:  Gymnastics! Soccer! Football! Baseball! Basketball! Tennis! Golf! Triathlon! Swimming!...

GIFT WRAPPING YOU in ELEGANT DESIGN
This dance, "CONGO" with his cultural history takes us way back to the era where we did not know how to become free of incarceration due to the  different LIFE-CHALLENGES. Yet the art MOVEMENT gave a FREEDOM that ENERGIZED the human body from the brain all the way down to the toes. That ENERGY I propose to bring to every human being specifically those whose thoughts may be of pain they do not know how to yet relieve. Through out the month of October I will have tutorials for body practice sake. Done every week while inviting you to become a member.

An ADVENTURE...HOPE


This adventure allows the nourishment of confidence knowing that yes, I have HOPE. Now allowing for the BUILD-UP of HOPE, our Prince and Princess may establish their DREAM with out the stress of a loan to their name yet the empowerment to have enough for others to borrow. Always remember "When the world says, "Give Up". HOPE whispers, "Try it one more time".  I found HOPE to be "feathers that perches in the soul and sings the tune without the words and never stops...at all" in the human-person. Therefore, lets allow the sound of HOPE to BUILD-WAY-UP in the "DREAM-CHASERS", Prince, Princess life.



The adventure began in many of our families life these last years with our Prince, and Princess who decided to further their education.  In doing so because of our lack of educational funds to assist a loan was added to their to do list. After the completion of one semester two, three are more our Prince and Princess have an outstanding loan to their name. The plan for their outstanding loan is still in the making. Many decided to further their education with a Masters degree, others have decided to become their own entrepreneur, boss.  However, this "NEW-ADVENTURE"  is to help our up coming Prince and Princess up the "STEPLADDER" of life to have the funds for furthering their education or if they may prefer to go down a different path, funds are available to be placed in their hands.


My mentor says it this way, "Each of us should have a dream and go after it with all our heart. Dreams are different from plans."  She continues, "Plans are manageable opportunities, but dreams are often too big to be managed." She says, "They always require "FAITH" because they are bigger than you or your ability to accomplish them". " That's why your faith-filled dreams are so important!... Keeping that thought in mind lets YOU step forward ALWAYS.

How do you know if you should use magnesium supplements? According to the National Institute of Health, assessing magnesium levels is difficult because most magnesium is inside cells or in the bones and not within the blood. This can make blood test results misleading when it comes to determining a magnesium deficiency. (2)
The most common method for assessing magnesium status is by measuring serum magnesium concentrations in the blood or by measuring concentrations in saliva and urine, but no single method is considered totally comprehensive and accurate. Dr. Axe states detailly about the organ that primarily control levels of magnesium within the body and excrete magnesium into the urine each day, our kidney, which is one reason why urinary excretion is reduced when magnesium and other electrolyte statuses are low. "Magnesium is actually the least abundant serum electrolyte in the body, but it’s still extremely important for your metabolism, enzyme function, energy production, and for balancing nitric oxide (NO) in the body."

The Health Pyramid





Let's construct our PYRAMID together. In my research I found a blue print that makes it simple yet powerful. Five powerful words to take us on the highway to heaven on earth. Remember we are "Unique" individual, therefore, the journey we are on may lead us on different avenue that may meet on occasions like above, in the middle, are where we balance.  Now this Pyramid will help us, so lets begin construction: 
* Optimize:  "Make the best of most effective resources to nourish our body" 
* Engage: "Lets participate, get involved in every area of our body, head to toe"
* Virtualize: "Yes! Form a mental imagine"
* Prepare: "Produce, arrange, assemble every cell with the correct nourishment"
* Connect: "Join, link, fasten, unite, bind,  make a bridge for better support as we journey"
Few years ago I decided to eat more chicken less red meat due to the recommendation of our governments "health pyramid". I did not have a problem with my weight until later in my life when I realize I am not eating very much yet my mid section and every where fat could be stored, it was. I had to do research on my own. I found with many "HEALTH" mentors, beginning with my Great Gran-Daddy, webinars, summit, and "grass fed beef" the healthy fat that our body needs to burn fat properly.
