WHAT IS YOUR BODY IN NEED OF, FOOD???
My "MASTERPIECE" of a body which I continue to nourish I have found that I could do so in so many ways. The main one every human body is aware of is eating a meal. History continues to teach us that we need to stick to nourishing elements. Yet our government because our community has grown and continues to, they have chosen to use what we refer to as refine food such as white flour, to make bread, or cup cakes, white sugar, can goods, our children cereals. Through much research we are finding that man made food, for us to savor the flavor, has more sugar that necessary. The sugar in our food that has many names that we may not be familiar with is not at all healthy neither for a human or a pet. The sugar is hiding in your food when swallowed. The sugar is now in your body's organ causing an addiction, may I help? Below I will elaborate on how.
Example of names of sugar we may have heard or better yet lets go down the alphabet up until the letter “L":
*Agave Nectar
* Brown sugar
* Corn Syrup
* Date sugar
* Evaporated sugar cane
* Fructose
* Glucose
* High Fructose corn syrup
* Invert sugar
* Kings Syrup
* Lactose
I could go further, how about one more letter:
* Malt Sugar
We got the taste buds for sugar from the original nutrients for the human body, "FRUITS". However the "FRUITS" are to be eating for organ nourishment not to clog any arteries which later may cause pain, upset tummy and more. We all have unique body type which through research, my own case-study, I found that I cannot eat all "Fruits", My "MASTERPIECE" of a body tells me at times through my skin, other times, through the pain in my tummy, yet other times just lightheaded, that I need a change. My research found that by taking "Natures Prescription for Optimal HEALTH" which is VEGETABLES and FRUITS coming from "Nutra-Bullet's recipes helps me with all color food. "Nutra-Bullet" also recommends a quiz that let me know which colors my body prefers. I found the "FRUITS" to be berries, and the "VEGETABLES TO be kale... The different colors is how nature continues to give, to optimize our PHYSIQUE with HEALTH. Guest what, the colors my body prefers for optimal nourishment they have lots of the mineral "Magnesium". DANCE/MOVEMENTs
Another way to nourish my "MASTERPIECE" is with DANCE movements. What I redefine as lubricating the joints. I do it with dance moves from different countries. MEDITATION
Yet another way to nourish my "MASTERPIECE" is through "MEDITATION". The practice of "MEDIATION" is done through inviting minerals in from the feet up to the crown of my head. Is done bear feet grounding where some of our MINERALS/ENERGY derive from. The mineral I have work with is "Magnesium" because is a mineral I know my body always needs because one way I let it out daily is through perspiration. Also through research I found that "Magnesium" is critical to over 300 metabolic process of the body. Here are a few:
* Magnesium helps with breathing
* Magnesium reduces painful leg cramps
* Magnesium helps you sleep
The FDA guidelines states that the daily recommended amount for better human health is 420 milligrams [mg] of "Magnesium". You may need the assistance of a pharmacist or your doctor for the proper one, For there are about 5 are more "Magnesium":
* Magnesium Lysinate
* Magnesium Citrate
* Magnesium Glycinate
* Magnesium Chloride Flakes
MEDITATION with ESSENTIAL OIL USE
We find that oil soothes the body which tell me that is yet another natural nourishment for energy for us all. Growing up the oil that was mostly used in my home was the "EUCALYPTUS" oil for when we had cramps from the newborn to the adult. Now as an adult what that tells me is that oil is a form of natural medicine. I have heard the saying they may have "mood-altering benefits". I do agree because my spouse recently in an accident to relax we have used few droops of "LAVENDER" oil to his mineral MAGNESIUM bath. In further learning about oil they can affect your hormones, glands, limbic system in a good way yet too much of something is never good. Every oil use must be done in a balance way and as instructed. Oil are use through drops, excellent results can be achieved when mixed. My Pharmacist always reminds me to follow these directions. If 30 drops is needed total you may add different "OILS" until that total is met. I am always reminded that is not 30 of the same oil drops. You don't desire the oil to be too strong for the MASTERPIECE of a body you are nourishing. There are other oils brought to my attention specifically due to its grounding properties, "CEDARWOOD" because when doing our exercise movements they are all done bare feet. It´s "ESSENTIAL" for those of us who are not use to allowing our feet to touch the ground for longer that 20 minutes. Now "CEDARWOOD" Essential Oil uses also includes, ADHD, Acne, Eczema, Hair Growth plus more. Possible substitutes oils with similar properties are
* "FRANKINCENSE" Oil
* "SANDALWOOD" Oil
* "CYPRESS" Oil
YOGA POSEs
I found Yoga Poses to "Enhance" my body. Earlier in my life my uncle was always working out doing karate moves. To me those moves are very similar to Yoga Poses. You gain body strength with them. You are inviting to do some Yoga Poses with me. There are many Poses in YouTube. Here are a few;
