KEFIR, Nutritious Facts for Your Life!













We all agree that the challenge is for all individuals here on earth to learn to be their Health Physician with the help of teams of researchers. In this case our researcher is one of my mentor Dr. Axe. Therefore the best way to help as "your" Health Physician,  is to obtain the information given and utilize it appropriately towards your body.  He states that a grand way to fight cancer is consuming fermented foods.




Our environment plays a hefty part in our life style. Examples of food we are now informed that they are born-toxin created by mold and can be found in many groundnuts, crude vegetable oils, and grains. What our researchers found is that eating these food makes it very hard on a healthy digestion specifically your organs. They over load & work harder and slower making dis-eased for you. Now the oxidative damage done by the oils is mainly due to the wrong oils use specifically to fry foods. It turns your inside intestine to rust, allowing the individual to suffer slow death.







Do you have Celiac Disease? If you do remember to avoid B.R.O.W. barley, rye, oats, and wheat. My other Mentor Dr. Peter Osborne states "NO GRAIN No Pain" in his book where he gives more information for us to swallow. Gluten free he states means no grain at all for the benefit of your health.






We have different seasons here in U S A. The winter season is one usually loaded with cold, flu, muscle pain and the like. The body treatment is usually with antibiotic. Our researchers suggestion is to eliminate that thought completely and instead drink kefir.







Osteoporosis is a bone density challenge many face in this age. The researchers however found kefir to work by increasing the absorption necessary of bone building minerals of calcium & magnesium. 




The fruit of life is a good source of The nutrient C, Riboflavin, Calcium,  & a very good source of Magnesium, Dietary Fiber, Potassium and Manganese.



Another dis-ease due to poor digestion and slow usage of organs is bowel inflammation. The probiotic rich foods that help are fermented foods such as yogurt /kefir...




They have found that in the recent study journal of Immunology kefir have both positive effects on allergies & asthma. Kefir has strong anti-inflammatory properties that could be useful in the prevention of asthma.

Fermented milk products like kefir are considered a milk-related lactose intolerance. When choosing goat, cow, or sheep milk, make sure to look for a high-quality organic brand to ensure you receive the benefits and avoid any harmful substances found in conventional dairy. My suggestion is Coconut milk kefir because it does not contain lactose, dairy or milk at all.




Coconut kefir can be made either using coconut water or coconut milk. Coconut water is the clear liquid that comes out of the coconut when cracked. However, coconut milk comes directly from the white "meat" of the coconut, where with water you strain the pulp out to get the milky liquid.
