BEAUTY-Full SKIN NATURALLY

Well the environment plays a big part in the changes our skin goes through. I say through because my skin did and still is going through changes. As a little girl the mosquito love my skin and they always left something for me to inspect. My chemical inspection started early, with witch hazel, alcohol, to what our grandparent stated will make it better. However, on my skin the little spots remain. Now that my investigation matured the history of this "renowned ancient spice, may have a direct impact on all aspects of skin  HEALTH". I am informed that turmeric is the main ingredient in the season we may at time use called curry yet we could use to assist our HEALTH. Let's investigate!

I found out that TURMERIC is a relative of ginger which have been around for thousands of years. Yet the renewed popularity lately and the recent research of this season TURMERIC confirmed it's "amazing array of HEALTH BENEFITS":

  • Protects from sun damage
  • Helps reduce acne
  • Reduces risk of skin cancer
  • Helps heal wounds
  • Helps treat psoriasis
  • Delays the appearance of aging
  • Fades hyperpigmentation

Turmeric is also an essential oil that through studies shows that it strengthen your brain cells. While strengthening those brain cells to weaken the cells that causes epilepsy. Also giving strength to the nervous system. Adjusting the cells that brings about inflammation, healing skin with the regeneration of all cells. Now the essential oil research found that the main compound found in the season is not in the oil that is the curcumin. Yet, studies have shown that curcumin, the compound in turmeric responsible for its orange color, may reduce risk of heart attack, ease joint pain, delay the onset of type 2 diabetes, help improve memory in dementia patients, and even help slow or stop the growth of cancer cells.

I Do thank the researchers and my mentors for their continuous search for HEALTH information for the WORLD.
