Happy Twenty Sixteen!!!


Being Your own Chef involves the game of "Trade-Off" to Long-Life"!  How?  By incorporating in 2016 your knowledge of "Long-Healthy-Life" to "Slow-painful-death" in the daily meal you now choose to eat. 



 

You may make your own mustard by soaking mustard seeds in organic vinegar or wine. After they have soaked for a day or two, grind them into a paste with any herb & spice you might like to make your very own homemade mustard. We must remember that the fat that we incorporate in our body is good fat which brings on muscle, tight skin. Mustard is one of the healthiest cancer-fighting foods you'll ever eat. Therefore to eat a salad or a sandwich with _ _ _ _ that contains sugar and saturated fat is your "Trade-Off" to
 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ . Using too much mayo may cause bulge and loose skin. 


Well it is time to peel the potato skin off if you are going to bake it. It's not nutritious at all, it fires up your cancer cells. Now the "Trade-Off" for white potato is _ _ _ _ _ - _ _ _ _ _ _ . The nutrition found in the "sweet potato is an excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene). They are also a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6. Additionally, they are a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and phosphorus." Enjoy!


Stevia is all natural and has zero calories, carbs or sugar. Stevia or honey is the "Trade-Off" for the white _ _ _ _ _ sucrose that touches our tastes buds. However, refine, process, not nutritional for any individual specifically not good for our digestive health. High fructose corn syrup not healthy for human intake, found in grape jelly, Coke, french fries, ketchup, sweet and low, french dressing...Lets choose healthy!


Many of us love chocolate myself included. What I have chosen to do is lavish on Cacao with Almond in small squares of seven for the full day and replace the following day with a desired nutritious nut. The awesome "Trade -Off"  for chocolate chips is _ _ _ _ _ nibs which have no sugar & over five times the fiber of regular _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ chips. Now do not forget that too much chocolate in our system with saturating fat does not equal health, muscle, and tight skin. However it does equal pain, bulge, and loose skin.


Nutritious green is what our human system  seeks. Therefore, the lettuce "Trade-Off" that has over seventeen times the A nutrient & over four times the K nutrient is _ _ _ _ _ _ _ that is only because the iceberg lettuce does not compare. The _ _ _ _ _ _ _ lettuce can be used mixed with other greens to elevate the nutrition.
