PRACTICE 
👀Blinking Rapidly!
My Case Studies shows:
Blinking helps “NOURISH EYEs” while relaxing the muscles and preventing dryness. Ideally, we would all blink 25 times per minute. However, when we’re intensely focused on something — like a detailed Excel spreadsheet or a shocking YouTube video, we may blink less. 
Example:
Exercise above to help balance out intense staring sessions.

👀Gaze Left to Right or Up and Down!
To begin check in with BREATH:
• Four breath in CHEST!
• Hold for seven!
• Release breath for eight [while holding in tummy]
Next! Imagine a clock in front. Shift GAZE~UP towards 12:00 then DOWN towards 6:00. [Be careful not to move neck] This GAZING is for EYES only! Do the GAZE UP-and DOWN EYE STRETCH 7 to 10 times, slowly back and forth; while also GAZING  EYEs from 3:00 to 9:00 GAZING left to right.

👀EYE CIRCLEs in both Direction!
[Flexibility training for BEAUTIFUL EYEs]
To begin check in with BREATH:
• Four breath in CHEST!
• Hold for seven!
• Release breath for eight [while holding in tummy toward back]
Send EYEs gazing  up towards ceiling, and slowly work way around in a clockwise circle. [Squeeze in at least three deep breaths per circle]. When reached AIM [top of ceiling] rest EYEs with the “palming” method. Same sequence again, moving counterclockwise this time.

👀Shift Focus!
KNOW!
We’re not meant to look at up-close materials all the time, and yet we do! This simple exercise of shifting FOCUS help retrain EYEs to see detail at different perspectives.
Instructions:
First, hold right arm out one full length in front. Stick thumb straight up. Focus EYEs! Gaze on thumb! Slowly move thumb towards FACE until it appears blurry. Pause, slowly move thumb away back to the starting position. Repeat this a few more times.
Being mindful of PACE and BREATHING!
• Four breath in CHEST, view THUMB!
• Hold breath while THUMB travel toward EYEs
• Release breath for eight, while holding in tummy, repeat!

COME TAKE “BALL” for BODY MOBILITY



Come take “BALL”  It’s for BODY’s Mobility's. 
The BODY speaks letting the KNOWLEDGE dictate to the human-being soul. It begins with letting the BODY Be aware of rest. After completing studies, such as helping, achieving services to others the BODY gives the KNOWING of relaxation necessary before beginning again. The BODY continues with the VIBEs of nourishment. A meal a day GIVEs the nourishment away to every CELL necessary.

The MOVEs are actually “Lubricating” the Joints and MUSCLEs. When you are resting the BRAIN MUSCLES are being “Lubricated” to adjust Joints within the whole BODY. The CELLs communicate with each other. Brain to Feet!
The “LEG” carries many MUSCLEs that begins with REST for about eight hours then is ready to be STRETCHED before leaving the bed. Stretching in place of REST before getting up, is a positive MOVE. Giving it the LUBRICATION to JOINTs necessary for the full day exercise carried through steps. Up the stairs, down the stairs. Step into the elevator yet the other steps could be to the vehicle, bus, subway, train. The MOVEs are essential for that days MOVEs.
The MENTAL THOUGHT MASSAGE is very easy. Is done before leaving the place of rest. That is where the THOUGHTs are favorable to the day. THOUGHTs that venture in could be negative and shorten allowing the replacement with a BETTER THOUGHT summarizing the full day ENERGENTICALLY.  ENERGETICALLY Regenerating BODY CELLs continuously GIFT WRAPPING entire HEALTHY BODY with BETTER! BEST! BALANCE! These unwrapped GIFTs is actually the claim achieved by SELF reliability! Taken to BE RELIEVE for extra EXPANSION day in day out...
Body CELLs are REGENARATED when resting. The CELLs aid each other allotting the ENERGY necessary through the day. Allotting FLEXIBILITY drives through the journey to expand abilities through the step taken, when walking; FLEXING every JOINT with LUBRICATIVE motion through the day.

SCULPTING POSTURE

 Accomplish through:
• Meditation
• Kukuwa’s MOVEs
💥Conscioysly Lubricating Entire Body!

Legs Up the Wall Sculpting
Sit as closely to the wall as possible, lay down with the roll towels supporting the lower back. Then climb up the wall with legs Boombsey close to the wall. Breathe deep in and out. Pulling legs between sets to have break if need be.

Pull both knees up to chess whistled on the ground with the lower back flat against the ground. If your belly is in the way open up your legs. This will sculpt the inner thigh muscles as well focus on deep breathing

Laying on your back pull back knees towards chest. In this position push knees against hands with to gain momentum and do a sit up at the same time. This will create a rock in motion. Initially it will be hard to gain the rhythm. Do this once you are confident.

Pull leg sculpting over supporting knee. When stable grab the supporting leg and pull it towards chest. This sculpt lower back glutes and piriformis


Start off in the lunge position with sculpted leg in-front of supporting knee. Slowly collapsed down with the sculpting knee pointed away from body. When confident move opposite shoulder toward sculpting knee.

Pull one knee toward chest whistle laying on the ground. This is one of the safest sculpting to do. It will sculpt gluten, hamstrings, and lower back. Focus on placing lower back flat on the ground whistle breathin long and deep

Go on all four limbs and with both arms reach as far as possible with elbows locked and arms straight. Then lean back with shoulder relaxed. The sculpting should be felt in the lower back and shoulders. Focus on breathing deeply long breaths.

Lay on stomach then place hands by sides at chest level and push-up whilst leaving waist on the floor. Relax back and waist, allow the sculpting stomach and lower back to happen. Focus on breathing deeply to increase movement in spine

Lay on the ground and pull leg on the side while sculpting over to the other side. Leave the same side shoulder on the floor whilst, holding the sculpting leg. To increase the intensity of the stretch extend leg and pull the leg closer to chess.

Sit on the floor with the leg sculpting in a straight position,  knee locked in front of you. The other leg is bent on its side. Now lean forward with body and reach as far and as comfortably and hold this position where the stretch is felt.

Go in a lunge position with the chest up and shoulder up. Do not make the mistake by leaning body back, can hurt yourself. Squeeze glutes and drive hips forward. Bend front knee more to increase the stretch
